Bookings that overlap different rate periods will be charged for the number of nights in each rate period (use the calendar above to confirm availability and prices).

A non-refundable payment of 25% of the booking cost is required to book the apartment, the remaining balance payment plus a refundable £100 breakages deposit or £25 insurance waiver is required 8 weeks before the booking arrival date.

Make sure you go to PortoBello the Italian restaurant (turn right at the T junction at Alexander The Great and stay on the right hand side as you head towards the harbour and its in the rank of restaurants only minutes from Limnaria Gardens) where the food is excellent and the service from Ken the owner (think it may be Kyp in Greek?) is fantastic. Property Description

A luxury ground floor, south facing, pool view, 2 bedroom apartment with a large private patio leading directly to the pool area. Furnished to a high standard, overlooking the pool, the apartment has the sun on the patio from mid-morning through to late evening and is ideally located across the road from the Alexander The Great hotel, just a few minutes walk from the local bars, shops and restaurants of the Kato Paphos tourist area and only 10 minutes walk from the harbour.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with access to the patio from both the master bedroom and the lounge via large sliding patio doors. The patio has both a covered and uncovered area and also has a retractable sun canopy so is ideal for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. (Sun beds and an outside table and chairs are provided on the patio so no need to rush down to the pool to reserve sunbeds first thing in the morning).

The lounge is furnished with a 3 seater leather/fabric sofa-bed, a 2 seater leather/fabric sofa, lamp tables, lamps, coffee table, TV unit, sky satellite TV, DVD player, remote-control ceiling light fans, air-conditioning, UV filtered vertical blinds and fly screens on the patio doors.

The dining area comprises of a glass topped dinning table with 4 leather covered chairs.

The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob, micro-wave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and includes cutlery, china pots, pans utensils etc.

The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, bed-side tables and lamps, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer, security safe, remote-controlled ceiling light fan, air-conditioning, black-out blind and fly-screen on the patio doors.

The master bedroom en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with shower and shower panel, wc and sink and includes an electric shaver point. Hand and bath towels are provided.

The second bedroom has a king-size double bed, a sofa-bed, fitted wardrobes, bed-side tables and lamps, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer, remote-controlled ceiling fan light, air-conditioning and black-out blind on the window.

The shower room consists of a shower, wc and sink. Hand and bath towels are provided.

A clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are provided. Ample car parking is also available at the complex. An outside table, chairs and sun loungers are provided on the private terrace.
