Bookings that overlap different rate periods will be charged for the number of nights in each rate period (use the calendar above to confirm availability and prices).

A non-refundable payment of 25% of the booking cost is required to book the apartment, the remaining balance payment plus a refundable £100 breakages deposit or £25 insurance waiver is required 8 weeks before the booking arrival date.

The only thing we would say is the stand for the sun umbrella by the pool was a bit of a nightmare it wouldnt stand securely and we had to find different ways of trying to secure it as it kept toppling over. "The property was everything we hoped it would be. It was spotlessly clean and smelt like a summer garden. Furniture was good quality and the memory foam bed was very comfortable. The property faces south which was great for our November visit. A portion of the verandah is covered allowing some shade on really hot days. The development is excellent with one of the pools being heated. We were just a short walk to beaches and restaurants and on many occasions strolled the walkway along the sea front to Paphos harbour. "Limnaria Gardens **** is a very well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen equipment included everything we needed. A short phone call to the contact number solved the problem of operating the safe – the “red button” needed to enter your code is hidden inside behind the door near the hinge – impossible to see, but easy to feel if you know it’s there!! The large balcony faces south and has sun most of the day. Balcony furniture includes a 3-piece suite and coffee table, small round table with two chairs and clothes dryer and looks over the pool and gardens. It was great having the last of the sun shinning onto the balcony when others were in the shade. Although there were work being carried out it didn't trouble us any. Property Description

A luxury, first floor, south facing, double balcony 1 bedroom apartment, furnished to a high standard, overlooking the large, free-form, walk-in pool and jacuzzi at Limnaria Gardens with the sun on the balcony from mid-morning through to late evening. Ideally located across the road from the Alexander The Great hotel, just a few minutes walk from the local bars, shops and restaurants of Kato Paphos, and only 10 minutes walk from the harbour.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the lounge. The balcony has both a covered and uncovered area so is ideal for sunbathing or sitting in the shade and includes sun loungers and wicker table and chairs.

The lounge is furnished with twin leather sofas, oak side-tables/lamps, side-board and UK satellite TV with remote-control ceiling light/fans provided in addition to the air-conditioning. There are fly-screens and sliding UV filter vertical blinds on the patio doors to keep the insects out and the heat down in the summer.

The dining area comprises of a matching oak dining table and chairs and the kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob, micro-wave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and includes cutlery, china pots, pans, towels etc.

The bedroom includes fitted wardrobes, with a king-size double bed with a high quality orthopaedic mattress with matching oak bed-side tables/lamps, dressing table, mirror and hair dryer for the ladies. There are curtains and a black-out blind on the patio doors. A digital key-lock safe is fitted in the wardrobe.

The bathroom consists of a bath with shower and shower panel, wc and sink and included an electric shaver point. Hand and bath towels are provided.

A clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are provided. Car parking is also provided. Sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool are also provided.
