Please note that this apartment is very popular during the peak summer months and therefore to maximise availability for accommodating guests we have a booking policy of only accepting bookings that start and end on a Wednesday during July and August from 2019 (previously the change-over day was a Saturday).

Booking Notes

 

Please note that this apartment is very popular during the peak summer months and therefore to maximise availability for accommodating guests we have a booking policy of only accepting bookings that start and end on a Wednesday during July and August from 2019 (previously the change-over day was a Saturday).

Bookings that overlap different rate periods will be charged for the number of days in each rate period and include weekly towel and linen changes for bookings of 2 weeks or more between April and October. Towel and Linen changes are not included in Winter lets of 3 weeks or more between November and March but are available at extra cost if required.

 

Keys to the Apartment

The keys for the apartment are held in a key safe on the side of the door, the code will be sent to you upon receipt of the final balance payment.

 

Apartment arrival and departure times are as follows:

Arrival time: After 2pm on the start date of your booking

Departure time: Before 12 noon on the end date of your booking (this is to allow our cleaning team time to service the apartment for any incoming guests at 2pm).

If we have no incoming guests on the day of your departure then you are welcome to stay in the apartment after 12 noon. Please contact us  2 days before your departure to check if we have incoming guests on the day of your departure.

 

Bookings in July and August

Please note that in July and August we can only accept bookings that start and end on a Saturday.

 

LONG STAY OFFERS (only applies to bookings from November to March, towel and linen changes not included but are available at extra cost - price on application, other offers are excluded):

10% discount if booking length is 3 weeks
15% discount if booking length is 4 weeks
20% discount if booking length is 5 weeks
25% discount if booking length is 6 weeks
30% discount if booking length is 8 weeks or more

Discount is not applied by the pricing system but is applied manually when requesting a quotation.

Booking Payment

A non-refundable payment of 25% of the booking cost is required to book the apartment.The remaining balance payment plus a refundable £100 breakages deposit (refundable subject to satisfactory property exit inspection) is required 8 weeks before the booking arrival date.

 

Booking Cancellation

Once we have accepted a booking payment from you we incur commission costs on your booking and should you decide to cancel your booking we will still be liable for those commission costs after the cancellation and will also incur additional costs in re-advertising the dates of the booking cancellation so unfortunately we are unable to refund any payments made up to the point of your cancellation.
