The 2 bedroom holiday rental self catering apartment comprises of an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom and family bathroom with shower over and a large South facing patio that overlooks the pools and gardens of the Limnaria Gardens complex.
Both bedrooms have King size beds with the second bedroom also having a single bed.
The patio can be accessed from both the bedroom and lounge via double patio doors which are fitted with fly screens to keep out mosquitoes in the summer months while allowing the patio doors to be left open for ventilation.
There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a coffee table with a 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs and 4 private sunbeds.
The apartment has ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge and is also fully air conditioned, there are no separate charges for the air conditioning.
