The 1 bedroom apartment comprises of an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, main bedroom and family bathroom with shower over the bath and a large South facing double balcony that overlooks the pools and gardens of the Limnaria Gardens complex.
The area of the balcony outside of the bedroom is open to the sun (on the balcony from mid-morning until late evening), the area outside of the living room is covered and has drop-down vertical awnings that can be lowered to convert the balcony space into a conservatory.
There is a small dining table and chairs on the open area of the balcony and a wicker sofa and chairs with a glass topped wicker coffee table on the closed side of the balcony.
The balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and lounge via double patio doors which are fitted with fly screens to keep out mosquitoes in the summer months while allowing the patio doors to be left open for ventilation.
The apartment has ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge and is also fully air conditioned, there are no separate charges for the air conditioning.
The apartment has free WiFi and Internet TV with with all the major sports and movie channels, including 7 day catch-up TV.
